The lob has definitely been trending when it comes to celebrity looks. ‘the lob’ –– a versatile version of the bob, which is defined by length that reaches the collarbone. Today we spotted this image of Julianne Hough; her disheveled lob gives her that sexy, rolled out of bed appeal, and would surely make anybody’s list of hot hair cuts 2013. A lob will suit almost any face and can be worn in a variety of ways, from sleek to tousled to windswept and wild. Step: Hair that is dry and unwashed will be best for creating Julianne’s undone, lived-in style. So, leave hair as worn, make an off-center center-part, and generously mist Kerastase Powder Bluff to create texture and refresh hair.
